This concert will bring together men and women (40 years plus), including those with intellectual and physical disabilities, in a community concert in a fun, nurturing, friendly environment. Be entertained by the H2L singers, dancers, drummers, local group Momentum and live music from South of the River Community Band. Profits from the concert will be directed back into supporting the unique programs Here’s to Life runs every week including those for people with physical and intellectual disabilities.
