Australian researchers have found even more proof that chocolate is in fact good for us.
But a caveat it must be dark chocolate (at least 65% cocoa) and daily consumption must be limited to 100g a day (dang!).
The study, published today in the British Medical Journal, suggests that a few small squares of the dark stuff every day can help prevent heart problems in high risk people.
