We come to that point in every Aussie summer where the heat takes it’s toll. We love our sunshine, but does our make-up really have to sweat off the moment we walk out the door?  There is some good news though, these frozen pineapple treats couldn’t be easier to make.

Frozen Pineapple Wedges on Popsicle Sticks

Slice a pineapple into wedges and insert popsicle sticks. Then it’s as simple as dipping them into melted chocolate and sprinkling coconut on top. Pop them into the freezer until set, then enjoy!
