96five’s Share Hope Radiothon is all about giving you the chance to become a financial supporter whether by making a one off donation or supporting the station on a monthly basis by becoming a 96five Family Friend.
Family Friends really do help continue the vital outreach of broadcasting hope to to many lives and families across Brisbane.
In fact, Family Friends actually provide a major portion of the $1,080 daily cost to broadcast family-friendly radio across Brisbane 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
By becoming a 96five Family Friend during our 96five Share Hope Radiothon this November you will not only be supporting the station you love but you will double the hope shared by also providing a water filter to a village in Cambodia through our ministry partner Samaritans Purse
So for every new Family Friend commitment made by 15th November one-life saving Samaritan’s Purse water filter will go to a needy family in Cambodia.
What an amazing opportunity to not only support the station you love but you will impact a family in need overseas as well! 884 million people around the world still can’t access safe water and 1.8 million die each year from water-borne diseases – 90% of children under 5.

“When I moved here 2 years ago I was looking for a radio station and found you guys and said YES! The first few months when I arrived were fairly lonely, my husband had work and I didn’t really know anyone. You guys bought something to me each day that kept me and helped me during that time.
