What you hear on 96five is governed by the Community Radio Codes of Practice.
The Codes of Practice have been developed by the Community Broadcasting Association of Australia (CBAA) and registered by the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA).
The Community Radio Broadcasting Codes Of Practice (“the Codes”) set out the operational standards and guiding principles and policies for programming on community broadcasting stations.
A copy of the code is available here as a full booklet.
