96five will once again pause to remember our service men and women this ANZAC Day.

The 96five Dawn Service will be broadcast from 6am and will feature readings and reflections from Chaplain Stephen Briggs (Australian Navy), Chaplain Sarah Petchell (Australian Army) and Deacon Peter Pellicaan from the Catholic Archdiocese of Brisbane.

Deacon Peter Pellicaan will reflect on the ANZAC spirit in his address.

The service will be hosted by 96five’s Arthur Muhl.

Last year, 96five was recognised by the Community Broadcasters Association of Australia, naming 96five’s Driveway Dawn Service as a finalist in the national Community Radio Awards.

With things returning to some degree of normalcy this year, there is still an opportunity to provide a locally produced service for those who are not able to attend a traditional dawn service.

So whether you choose to stand in your driveway, your lounge room or out on the deck, tune in to 96five, or listen online this ANZAC Day at 6am.
