In the last few hours of the Hope for Everyone Appeal, your 96five reached 74% of the funding goal for November fundraising appeal.

So, we’re going into overtime.
We had so many beautiful moments this week like hearing from kids who gave their pocket money, and Jason who despite not being a church goer, is giving on behalf of his daughter.
“My daughter, she’s 14, she’s actually just started going to church on a semi regular basis. I’m not a church goer but I understand that she’s looking to make up her own mind about those sorts of things and I’m more than happy for her to do it. The lessons that they’re teaching and the thoughts they’re bringing up with the kids you won’t find in the mainstream media. It’s good to have a radio station like this that does have that different perspective.” Jason

Through your generosity, 96five has partnered with Hands & Feet to provide over 1,628 hampers for families across Brisbane, this Christmas.
Over 1,628 Hands & Feet hampers delivered.
“Through the 96five November appeal, each of the local churches that participate in the Hands & Feet food program will receive food hampers to distribute to families facing food security issues,” said Marc Eslick, from Hands & Feet.
“Every food hamper received by the local churches will provide fresh, frozen and pantry staples to each family for two weeks, which as we lead into Christmas will be such a blessing to every family.
“Each of the participating local churches will provide 35 families facing food security issues food for 2 weeks leading into Christmas significantly relieving the pressure over this time.”
